Refund policy
We have an on spot return policy, which means you can try on the item while the courier is outside, and return it if you'd like.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the bosta receipt or proof of purchase.
Return requests after the courier leaves will not be accepted.

On spot returns
If you decide not to keep your order at the time of delivery, simply hand it back to the delivery associate ( Bosta Courier). Please note that the item must be in perfect unworn condition. And the delivery fee will still apply and should be paid directly to the courier.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items.
Refunds
We will notify you through email once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, we'll discuss a payment method together and you’ll be refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
